My Notes

What I love about the home

Frankly, we love everything about this home. We hate that we will be leaving. It's so close to everything in Centerville and it's a straight shot to the Austin Pike interchange, yet it has a great feeling of privacy with no neighbors in front or in back of the house. The neighborhood is phenomenal and the huge park across the street is unbeatable. We love the spacious, open floor plan, large bedrooms and tons of closet space. Every inch of this house was designed for functionality. The property itself is amazing, especially for anyone who loves wildlife. We've seen the usual robins and rabbits, but we've also been visited by turtles, woodpeckers, heron, ducks, owls and even a fox. We love all the large windows for the natural light and great views. This is a unique home that we know someone will really love.
