My Notes

Edit
Home is approximately 6,200 sq ft (with 4,300 sq ft finished) with five bedrooms and four bathrooms on the first and second floors. Situated on 1.245 acres, offering one of the best combinations of privacy, location and neighborhood amenities in all of Washington Township and Centerville. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Centerville, the home offers a uniquely private setting with woods behind the home and nothing but beautiful green space directly in front of the home -- it must be seen to be believed. The huge backyard with mature trees is perfect for a growing family. All this while being located in a gorgeous neighborhood with sidewalks, walking trails and access to a community pool, party room and exercise facility.
The home is heated and cooled by a modern, efficient geothermal vertical loop, dual zone HVAC system. The first floor family room and second floor game room both feature built in home entertainment speaker systems. The kitchen cooktop heats with magnetic induction which combines the speed and control of gas with unmatched safety and ease of cleaning. The second floor owner's suite includes a large walk-in closet. The rear porch area includes a gas line for direct access for a grill or other natural gas appliances. In addition to a first floor laundry room, there are washer/dryer hook ups on the second floor. The house is wired for high speed internet access, including in the master bedroom. The unfinished lower level is partially framed and is roughed for a fifth full bathroom -- all ready to further grow this expansive home.
Neighborhood Description
This street is in the custom build section of the Villages of Winding Creek with entrance from Social Row. Neighborhood has sidewalks, walking paths and plenty of green space. Homeowners association also includes access to community pool, party room and exercise facility. Very close to downtown Centerville and Oak Grove Park.

What I love about the home

Frankly, we love everything about this home. We hate that we will be leaving. It's so close to everything in Centerville and it's a straight shot to the Austin Pike interchange, yet it has a great feeling of privacy with no neighbors in front or in back of the house. The neighborhood is phenomenal and the huge park across the street is unbeatable. We love the spacious, open floor plan, large bedrooms and tons of closet space. Every inch of this house was designed for functionality. The property itself is amazing, especially for anyone who loves wildlife. We've seen the usual robins and rabbits, but we've also been visited by turtles, woodpeckers, heron, ducks, owls and even a fox. We love all the large windows for the natural light and great views. This is a unique home that we know someone will really love.
