Here's the home you know you want to buy. It offers you a piece of the pie! Blueberries, apples, grapes, pears, plums, on an avenue great for your morning runs. A short walk to town for library, food or bank. A driveway big enough to park an army tank. A deck for morning coffee or to star gaze from at night. A shed for all your tools and toys a gardener's delight. Heating season's easy when winter's bearing down. One tank a season turns a frown around. The same high efficiency keeps you cool in summers without A/C 'cause electric bills are bummers. You know you need something for under one twenty. And for that low price this home offers plenty.

What I love about the home

Super efficient, low maintenance, one floor living. Close to trails. A short walk to Sand Dam and the new recreation building, or downtown. No drafts. Quiet. 3.5 of the walls are 15" thick...all but the utility/laundry room. The utility room is big enough for an office. Hot water heat. Ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Vinyl flooring in the utility room. Livingroom and bedrooms are carpeted. Combined kitchen livingroom dining area. Huge driveway. Over a half acre of land for lawn, gardens, and pets.
