Beautiful, virtually completely remodeled/renovated modular mobile home with solid, "stick-built" 2" X 6" construction in like new "turn-key" condition containing modern "open concept" floor plan (kitchen, home-theater/ family room, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, full guest bath room, master bedroom suite connected to large master bath ). The home is firmly secured to a 6" thick concrete foundation slab running the entire length and width of the home, located on spacious private lot containing a 300' deep artesian well and in ground cistern located in the Exeter SAU 16 school district with easy access to Boston (approximately 1.5 miles to commuter rail to Boston & Portland, Maine), to Phillips Exeter Academy (approximately 1.5 miles), to Exeter Hospital (approximately 3 miles) & less than 1/2 mile to a brand new, YMCA facility.
It is hard to describe how beautiful this home and surrounding property is. The lot is surrounded by a large, undeveopable wooded area on either side. Exterior renovations include 50-year architectural shingle roof; original shingles removed & entire roof covered with "Ice and Water Shield" protective self-sealing rubber sheeting barrier before new shingles installed (2005); full exterior renovation: genuine 5/8th inch plywood (not press board "plywood") applied around entire exterior of home, insulation barrier wrap then applied around entire home, next: lifetime warranty, premium, "maintenance-free" vinyl siding (2008) was installed; replaced all windows with energy-efficient thermo pane doubble-hung windows, lifetime warranty (2008); installed new, insulated energy-efficient front and rear doors and storm doors (2008); all new trim was then applied around all windows and doors then new black vinyl shutters were finally added (2008); all six (6) south-facing skylights removed, all skylight bays professionally enlarged and new, insulated energy-efficient, thermo-pane skylights installed (2008); complete irrigation and landscaping renovation of rear yard and lawn (2009); total NH Weatherization Service energy audit/remodel of the entire home; the home now has a verified energy coefficient rating of just 830 (2012)!; custom maintenance-free rear deck (built for easy expansion), and new front stairs installed (2013); front yard and lawn completely re-landscaped using premium screened loam over full yard, new front lawn planted and over-seeded with Pennington premium "Smart Seed" grass seed (2015). Interior renovations include carpeting and tile, replaced all electrical outlets, switches, and face plates; replaced all interior and exterior door hardware, brand new skylights (2008), complete interior repainting of all walls and ceilings throughout the entire home (2007 - 2013); custom made cellular Bali window shades installed in main living areas and over all skylights, top-end custom designed "stealth" home theater system wired for 7.2 and 9.2 surround sound containing a 100 inch electronically retractable STEWART tab-tensioned Electriscreen projector screen that disappears when not in use providing the flexibility of turning the "home theater room" into a sunny "family room" with the flip of a switch, a SONY 1080p HIGH Definition projector and Chief projector mount: See enclosed photos of actual "screen shots" for insight into the video image quality of the SONY projector and STEWART projector screen. (*Note: Only the 100 inch STEWART retractable Electriscreen, SONY 1080p high definition projector, Chief projector mount and 7.2 wiring presented within the photos are included in the "Make Me Move" purchase price), new furnace (2011); new water heater (2012); full remodel of both bathrooms including built-in water heater for the 6 foot long master bath whirlpool tub (2013); and many more improvements too numerous to list.

What I love about the home

Large, privately owned, secluded lot, artesian well plus in ground cistern; beautiful views; maintenance-free materials used throughout exterior of home, deck and front stairs for ease of maintenance; filled with potential room to grow; great place to raise a family, safe, low-crime rate/Exeter community; conveniently located near excellent public transportation to Boston, Portland and points in between; the New Hampshire seacoast/Atlantic Ocean is approximately 16 miles or less away; the outstanding "stealth" home theater/ 9.2 surround-sound room; expansive kitchen with oak cabinets containing plenty of storage space, tiled kitchen floor and lots of counter space; custom, personally hand picked, "knotless", triple-stained wood trim used throughout entire home; decorative "six-panel doors" used throughout interior of the home; tastefully renovated luxurious master bath and guest bath rooms.
