My Notes

This is an 851 square foot one bedroom loft with direct private keyed elevator access! The Morgan Lofts is a boutique condominium conversion, converted in 2005, with interiors by renowned interior designer Andres Escobar. After entering into the huge living room you are greeted with a gorgeous open kitchen and views to the South and East reaching all the way to the East River. There are oversized windows with 12 foot ceilings throughout. The kitchen features a Calacatta Marble island and countertops with Sub Zero and Kupperbusch appliances. There is ample storage space in the kitchen and soft closing drawers. Through into the bedroom, there are large windows and an enormous master bath, offering a deep Neptune soaking tub, separate glass enclosed shower, wood vanity, porcelain tile, limestone floors, and Kohler fixtures. There is also a washer/dryer conveniently located in a closet in the bathroom. The building was built in 1912 and comes with two lobbies, a 24-hour concierge and doorman, and a rooftop workout facility and terrace.  More Less
