What I love
The neighbors are wonderful. We love the 80+ acre warminster park .5 miles walk away. Schools and shopping are all within 2 miles. Other notable items that we really like: Central Vacuum Hard wood floors on the entire main floor Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, living room, and downstairs, Upgraded lighting Holiday lighting for the front of the house Wired for commercial office building speeds internet as well as wireless Finished basement with office or 5th bedroom Automatic sprinkler for lawn and all garden beds and berry plants Stainless steal appliances Granite counter tops in the kitchen. (All moms need Granite) Large five foot windows on the main floor 9 foot ceilings with crown molding on main floor Vaulted ceiling in the Master bedroom Lots of storage Close to the Warminster parks. Great schools all around us. Large common ground to play ball and sports across the street in our neighborhood that also includes a good size Gazebo. We enjoy it and the Boro maintains the area Convienient to Costco, Walmart, Giant, several restaurants and strip malls and the R2 SEPTA line PECO Electic and Gas: $150 low months and $350 Very hot or cold months.Neighborhood Description
