Great location, close to highway and shopping for this lovely end unit townhouse. This home has a recent forced air heating system and central air. There are 2 good size bedrooms with large closets and ceiling fan/lights, full bath with tile flooring and pull down stairs to attic. Stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator are included in this large sun splashed kitchen with upgraded cabinets. There is a half bath right off the kitchen and a slider with new blinds leading to a good size, updated deck. The living room has a propane stove that can be used as a second source of heat. The bright finished basement with slider, has a new ceiling and a good storage area. The 3 unit complex was recently vinyl sided. Large driveway for parking up to 4 cars and low condo fees.
