My Notes

Edit
Circa 1930's Traditional Colonial home located in the Heart of Anderson's Historic District. This home is an extraordinary family home with a floor plan that is as great for entertaining as it is for raising a houseful of kids! Big, warm, inviting with room for everyone. This house has some original features in tact: Glass door knobs, knotty pine paneling in the library, soaring 10 ft ceilings, picture moldings, original tiled floor and textured window glass in the master bathroom and built in hallway telephone display. Home features two original fireplaces with built in bookshelves. Built in bookcases on the staircase landing area, too. Huge double and triple windows throughout to allow for tons of natural light. An archway frames the dining room as well as the tub/shower combination in the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. Lots of closets and storage galore. NOTE: THERE IS A SMALL KITTY IN THE HOUSE. PLEASE CLOSE DOORS. DO NOT LET OUT AND PLEASE DON'T STEP ON THE KITTY!  More Less
