What a superb location on one of Louisville's finest streets located less than a mile from Lexington Rd yet a short walk to Cherokee and Seneca Parks! This 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath home offers a grand entry foyer with marble flooring and a gorgeous staircase. There is a large formal living room and formal dining room just off of the foyer both with hardwood flooring. The family room at the rear of the house is very spacious yet cozy with hardwood floors, a stone gas fireplace and built-ins on each side. There is also a wet bar behind the double closets and new sliding glass doors which lead out to the secluded patio and in ground pool. On the second floor, you will find the oversized master suite that is large enough for king bedroom furniture as well as a having a nice sitting area.
