What I love about the home

Why We Love Living on Humboldt Island: We love this location! Being just off of the park offers the best of both worlds! We can see the park from our front porch, the living room and the study, which allows us to enjoy it from the privacy of our own home. Our Humboldt Island community is wonderful. We have our own Home Owner?s Association and we meet annually, rotating from house to house each year. We find it is a great opportunity to connect with our neighbors and learn about and be a part of the plans for our neighborhood. The residents of the ?Island? include all ages, with and without children. Those with children ranging from elementary school age to college age students. We are a very social community and gather for the following events: ? Roving Holiday Parties ? Monthly Book Club ? Ski Days ? Summer Pot Lucks ? Progressive Dinners ? Strolling to Cheesman Park for Picnics and Concerts ? Concerts with our Neighbor (VIP Member) at the Botanic Gardens with Private Entrance Hungry? Here are our favorites: ? Potager (yum!) ? Table 6 ?
