Few stairs inside & out w/a level, low maintenance lot. Great living w/1 mini master + 1 bdrm on main & 1 lg amazing master along w/2 additional bdrms on the upper level. Extra lg rec/media room, granite & hdws complete this remodeled beauty. Only 10 min to restaurants, shops & West Seattle happenings.

What I love about the home

Where do I begin. There are definitely too many to list but here are a few: The water frontage for this property is superb! There are hardly any stairs on this property and few that lead to upstairs. The neighborhood is a close community with fantastic neighbors that care. This street is super quiet and there is a natural preserve across the street where nothing can ever be built on the hillside. You need to see this home in person to appreciate all it has to offer. This home will change your life!!
