My Notes

Edit
What an incredible location! Right at the heart of 5-Points! This beautiful Victorian home was built in 1904. It still retains the original heart pine hardwoods, all of the original hardwood trim throughout the home, including transoms above each door. The windows throughout the home are also original. 11 ft. ceilings throughout, makes the cozy home seem much more spacious. One crystal chandelier in the foyer, and two other large wrought iron chandelier in the dining room and bedroom. There are 3 fireplaces which could be converted to gas. One of the mantels is period, though from another home, and two other mantels are from the 1930?s. Electricity was first wired in the home in the 1930?s, but was rewired in the 1970?s, and again, completely rewired in 1999. There is a spacious basement, which has a slab floor, but would incredible if finished. The stove and heat is natural gas. There are two bedrooms (one is currently being used as a living room) and two full bathrooms. A new roof with architectural shingles was installed January 2013. The home is shouldered by two sets of incredible 1880?s functioning wrought iron gates, which were brought from New Orleans. To the rear of the home, there is a 1000 sqft. garage with a double garage door. It is wired and plumbed, but does not currently have any amenities. There is a concrete slab next to the garage, which is gated, where one could park a boat or another car.
This lot is zoned commercial or residential.
