Great home for those starting out, young family, working professional, or someone looking for minimal maintenance. This townhome is in the quiet and well maintained community of Laurel Court Townhomes. Laurel Court is an FHA approved townhome community! Exterior features include a larger fenced backyard, planting bed, and brick paver patio. Exterior siding is Hardi plank (painted in 2013) and stained cedar shake shingles (scheduled for restaining this summer). Exterior doors were recently painted. Interior features include granite counters through out, stainless steel appliances, red oak hardwood floors on the main level, and 9' ceilings on the main level. Master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, dual closets, and master bath. 2nd bedroom includes a full bath as well. There is a 3/4 bath on the lower level off of the bedroom/den and a 1/2 bath on the main level. Interior was painted and new carpet installed in 2010. New hardwood stairs from the ground level to main level were recently completed. Natural stone tile through-out the ground level. Slate tile hearth, surround, mantel and trim installed around gas fireplace. Built-in slide-out entertainment center pre-wired to speakers.
