Charming and cheerful hill home in elegant Cowan Heights with wood floors, mullioned windows and doors, remodeled open kitchen with granite countertops and lots of beautiful alder cabinetry. Master bedroom with fireplace and large walk-in closet was added in 1990, creating a quiet interior patio with 4 retractable awnings, accessible through French doors from most rooms, and great for entertaining. During earlier remodel, two original bedrooms were combined, making a comfortable and roomy second bedroom. The third bedroom is off the other side of the house, and has its own bath. Beautiful brick and tile-trimmed child-safe pool with wrought-iron protection were added to the spacious yard. Lush landscaping creates special privacy, and there is no lawn to mow. Lots of storage and cabinetry throughout the house. Newer central air unit, 2 water-heaters, and pool and spa equipment. Plantation shutters.
