What I love about the home

Bloomington's Historic Wilcox-Henderson Home -- This gorgeous home, nestled in the Historic Jefferson-Davis District, makes Victorian living affordable! It boasts FIVE bedrooms, FOUR full bathrooms (including a Victorian bath), a living room, two parlors (one was a music room, the other was a library), a HUGE eat-in kitchen with a large walk-in butler's pantry (12x8), a formal dining room, thirdfloor family room, a 12x16 sun room, full basement (dry), and a HEATED two-car garage with a 26x22 walk-up loft! The home's Queen Anne architecture is still intact, and it is just bursting with hardwood floors! There is stained glass on every level, and beveled leaded glass; pocket doors; THREE fireplaces (one gas, two wood-burning); and loads more! The two furnaces and central A/C units are very helpful for controlling energy costs (third furnace in garage).
