There are two large bedrooms, two baths and a balcony overlooking the fountain. Parc Telegraph offers 24-hour security, a fitness center, sauna and spa. And, one block to the Bay Club. The condo is currently leased for $4,100 a month until March, 2014 (no rent control). This building is great for a second home or do a corporate lease when you are not using it. Parc Telegraph is a quiet, concrete building with dual glazed windows and is a well-managed complex.
