What I love
Our home has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It has a lovely peacefull garden with a big goldfish pond stocked with large fantail goldfish. I love the abundance of wildlife that visits our garden. Always something to take a photograph of! We have an outdoor bird aviary which at this moment in time , is not in use. Our home and swimming pool backs onto county land so we are not overlooked from the back of the home. A cute family home. Something is only worth what you are willing to pay for it. If this home is what you want, it is worth its price. We have invested a lot of money into this home and it is the economic recession that dictates the drop in home values. It is still truly worth its value from when we finished the updating... and that was 250,000. But understanding that at this moment in time, this is truly too high for the market, we have settled with the value we have set here.Neighborhood Description
Nice neighborhood with people of all ages. For the most part, nice amiable people with a friendly hello when out walking. We have some lovely neighbors.More Less
