This is a great building to be in! Quiet location, lovely neighbors, and partial views of the water, Space Needle, and Olympic Mountains.
A recent capital improvement project performed from the summer of 2011 through summer of 2012 replaced the exterior siding, balconies, windows, added a roof over the courtyard area (above the top floor) to prevent the elements from entering the courtyard, and brought the foundation/housing structure up to current earthquake code. All fees for the capital project is paid for in full!
