Ridiculously awesome home located in even more ridiculously awesome location. 1250 square feet of heated space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for your living enjoyment. Leave your car in the safety of the two car garage and ride your bike to UNM or downtown. If you get hurt or sick, walk to Presbyterian, or Abq.Regional Medical Center! Perfect for graduate students, young professionals, or anyone with good hygiene and rent money. This home is approximately 7 years old and has a ridiculously-large (for the area) master bedroom with walk-in closet, two additional magnificent standard-size bedrooms. The carpets were just professionally cleaned, so no need to worry about stains or smelly carpet. I got yo back. Kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, bling bling, and a dish washer, cause who wants to wash dishes the old fashion way. Security Doors installed and all doors and windows are wired with sensors for an alarms system (we are in burque you know!). Front loading washer and dryer are sick and included at no extra cost. Now you can finally wash your clothes in style. Air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room to keep you kool in the summer time. Heater to keep you warm in the winter. I know, it has everything! Super low maintenance backyard and front yard, cause yard work sucks and you got better things to do. New paint in the majority of the house, so don?t scuff the walls when your moving in.
