Our home is the original farm house from a 1955 14 acre farm. This setting has a country feel that is quite with little to no city noise. Sardis View Rd. is a private "dead-end" street with city utilities, only 7 driveways. Providence Day School is within walking distance and Charlotte Christian School is just over a mile away.

What I love about the home

Our 1/2 acre lot is blessed with mature oaks and magnolias. They were serviced 12/08 by arborist. Valuable plants are everywhere like, lentin roses, gardenias, camelias, rhododendrons, yellow jasmine, Japanese Snow Ball, large fig Bush, azaleas, tulips, lavender, beauty berry and much, much more. This property is for plant lovers. Our detached garage is suitable for 1 car enclosed with plenty of storage space, utility sink & workshop counters. It currently also serves as a "man-cave" with cable-tv, air conditioning and refrigerator. Behind the garage you will find a gardener's shed and a 3 stage compost pen. Also, a bonus area is the back deck with a "Tikki Bar" that has running water, electrical outlets, outside speakers and cable tv hookup. The "Tikki Bar" is also open. Large parties will be comfortable here. Previous owner enjoyed a hot-tub on the deck, that was removed. Roof and major systems are less than 7 years old. Lower level is also wired for speaker system with control box. The entire house has a whole house surge and spike protector system that protects all appliances and all electronic systems. The Powerworx System also reduces your electric bill by an average of 20% per month. Newly installed June '06. Kitchen has new appliances and new granite counter tops with new tile back spashing.
