Home was totally renovated in 2012, including new roof w/ 30 year shingles, new windows, new siding, and new large 2 car garage with 20 ft door. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 office 1568 SF (Above Ground SF Not Including Basement (Some listings add basement SF) home is located in a family friendly neighborhood in Interlochen. It has a 1.15 acre private lot with woods behind, across the street from a cul-de-sac. This home has a beautiful and extensive front yard, which has a park like feel. 2 x 6 Exterior walls. It also has two new large composite decks, a hot tub, and outdoor sound system that make the yard even more enjoyable. The inside has been completely renovated with open concept. It has large plank laminate flooring, all new light fixtures, kitchen with bar, upgraded cherry cabinets with drawer options, built in speakers and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are all new with ceramic flooring and jet tubs. Home includes spacious mudroom, office with large windows, a spacious master suite with his and hers closets, and large bathroom. Home has a full poured concrete basement that could be finished, which houses the laundry area, 75 gallon upgraded hot water heater, water softener, complete home water filter, whole house humidifier and updated furnace. A 26 x 24 garage with tall ceilings completes this house, allowing for plenty of space for tools, and storage. Also, in the back woods a gravel parking lot was excavated and graveled for additional storage of snowmobiles, trailers and the like, which is hidden by woods.
Neighborhood Description
A friendly neighborhood where we have never had any problems with our neighbors. We help each other out and our kids play together all the time. There is a variety of kids ages in this area from 1 to 16 years old.
 

What I love about the home

The kitchen is amazing, modern appliances and cabinets flow great and look great too. Park like front yard and privacy is nice too in a neighborhood setting. Not having to worry about house problems for a long time is a relief also, it almost all new! Love having coffee the front composite front porch!
