Venezia Estates is a project with 36 fully developed, residential home sites ranging in size from 12,196 to 51,836 sq. ft. on a property consisting of 30.36 +/- acres. The property is centrally located in Vero Beach just east from the intersection of 58th Avenue (Kings Highway) and 12th Street immediately south of the highly sought after (Doctor?s Row) area, and just a ½ mile south of State Road 60, in Indian River County, Florida. All lots have been cleared, filled and fully developed with county water, county sewer and FPL, they are ready to build. The project is gated and has landscaping throughout the common areas as well as a landscape buffer along the boundaries. There is a 10 acre lake in the middle of the project with two fountains.
Venezia Estates is divided into two sides East and West. The east side consists of six ?Estate? size home sites with the smallest being 33,105 sq. ft.
