So spacious and quiet I forget this is a town home in the city!!
I have never lived in a town home before and was worried about noise from neighbors. I have to say that I never hear them except when we we are outside chatting. The trees and bushes in the front provides such wonderful natural shade and allows us to enjoy the sounds of nature during the spring.…
What I love
Location, location, location. We can walk to anywhere in the downtown Raleigh and/or catch local transit to get to where we want. By car, we are centrally located and is easy access to all major roads. It is very quiet living with beautiful Fred Fletcher park just across the street. The home itself is nicely set up to allow a quiet home office, wonderful living and dining space. The bedrooms have a floor of their own and we are using the 4th floor bedroom as a "man cave" for a high school student. Some may wish to use this space as a bedroom for a middle/high school student as it has a connected full bath and will allow extra privacy. The garage is a luxury and the attic space is just enough for necessary storage without collecting too much unnecessary items.Neighborhood Description
Across the street from the beautiful Fred Fletcher park which has a wonderful walking path, playground, tennis courts, ball field, gardens and Sunday concert in the Park during the summer.
