This is a really nice unit with easy access to downtown, Capitol Hill and Cherry Creek. The unit includes a reserved parking space and there is a roof top patio as well. This unit offers easy access to Whole Foods, King Soopers, and Cheesman Park which is only 1.5 blocks away. It is one block to the downtown bus line. The condo features an updated kitchen and bath. Both bedrooms are good sized. There are larger closets in this unit. The kitchen has been updated and has a dishwasher that is not common in this mature area.
