Beautiful home with a large legal in-law studio apartment. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sits back from the street with a circular driveway. The in-law apartment has a full kitchen and large bathroom with built in closets. The home and yard are lovingly maintained. The home has custom made plantation shutters on the large windows, cherry cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen. The home and large yard are very comfortable for entertainnig and for children to have fun. The large two car garage is finished with built-in cabinets and has attic storage space with a pull-down ladder.
Neighborhood Description
We are tucked away in the back of Montara with lots of open space around us. Lots of hiking, biking and horse riding trails. Close by are equestrian facilities for horse boarding or riding lessons. The elementary school K-5 is within walking distance. Very quiet, safe neighborhood with public transportation at the corner. Less than a mile walk to Montara State Beach.
 

What I love about the home

The house and large in-law studio apartment. are warm and welcoming. The gardens are beautiful, plenty of room for children to run on the lawns. Walking distance to elementary school K - 5. Tucked away in the back of Montara, usually sunny and warm, equestrian facilities for riding lessons and boarding are close by. Safe, quiet neighborhood and very good neighbors. Walking distance to open space and the Golden Gate National Reserve park lands.
