What I love about the home

Is the central location of this property. Centrally located with minutes to Old Town Pasadena for dinner or a drink, or heading on over to Downtown just minutes away with the 134 Freeway and Figueroa the is close by. The neighborhood is simply fantastic, friendly people, good diversity and absolutely safe and secure. Younger home owners, quiet tree lined street with Vons and new shopping center just a few blocks away. This home is fantastic!
