What I love about the home

This is a beautiful place to live situated on the Three Rivers/Elm Creek nature preserve. There are more than 25 miles of hiking, walking, biking, skiing, and horseback riding trails. This is the most beautiful area in Champlin. The streets are divided with lushly planted boulevards maintained by the city. Everywhere you look there are beautiful trees and plantings. There are wonderfully appointed parks with new playground equipment and sports fields, great places to meet your neighbors!
