Good sized private patio at the front of the home, with some fruit trees and flowers, with ample space for outdoor patio furniture and a barbecue. Sliding doors from the patio lead to the spacious living room that has high ceilings and a fireplace. The kitchen is newly upgraded with new cabinets, tile flooring and granite counter tops. The open floor plan connects the dining area with the family room. All three bathrooms have also been upgraded with granite, tile flooring, shower wall and new fixtures. There are two suites upstairs, the Master Suite has a walk-in closet, there are two electric heating fans newly installed for the bathroom. Lots of natural light throughout all the rooms. Attached direct garage access. Beautifully kept grounds and a well managed homeowners association which includes water/sewer, trash and fire/earthquake insurance. Property is close to the Race track, Mall, golf course, park, super markets, restaurants, and, of course, the award winning Arcadia Unified schools.
