Appliances included are washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dehumidifier, keg refrigerator in basement, garage door opener and central air conditioning. 24 x 24 - 2.5 car garage-wired 110 & 220 volt., Garage has motion security LED light. Dirt in photo around driveway will be seeded and is backfill from new driveway. This home is available now. There is a $35 non refundable application fee per adult and will pay for Credit/Criminal Background check. A credit score of 600 is required and no felons. The No Smoking and No Pets rules are firm. We always have tenants looking for the clean living conditions because of allergies. Damage Deposit is $1000. $925 per month rent to be set-up automatic deposit only. One year Lease minimum.
