Bright and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath Eichler home located in a nice residential neighborhood of similar homes. This home is a traditional Eichler with an inside atrium, skylights, and a vaulted beam ceiling giving the living space an open and airy feel. On warm days sliding glass doors surrounding the atrium can be opened to enjoy the convenience of indoor/outdoor living. The living room has a fireplace and is open to the dining room and the kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and backsplash and nice cabinetry. There is a very nice patio and grass area in the back yard that can be accessed from the dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The bedrooms are all down the hall as well as the laundry room. This home is located close to Highway 101, 85, and 280 and within minutes of a very good elementary school, middle school, and high school.
