Vintage 1936 House located in a quiet and lovey neighborhood of Whittier. This home has unique architectural features that make this house different from the rest. Many of the ceilings are coved and the some of the walls are rounded. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a eating area in the kitchen as well as a formal dining room. The living room is warmed by a beautiful fireplace with a niche above. THe house is original in almost every way except the kitchen cabinets were built sometime in the 70's. There are several unigue pieces of hardware that recall the past like the mailbox door, the doorknocker on the front door and the very rare shoe shine cubby in the kitchen. Needs some TLC...must see to appreciate. They dont build them like this anymore! This is a standard equity sale!!! Big Plus in this market!  More Less
