This home is a 1962 Yoast built home. Custom ranch style in a neighborhood of Holiday Park tract homes. On a huge lot, with a 1222 sq. ft. tiered deck, a covered porch area of 200 sq. ft., and another 1750 sq. ft. of yard area. The yard includes a work shop that is 260 sq. ft. with electrical capability. There is a large concrete pond with a waterfall in the lower yard. There are fruit producing orchard trees also in the lower yard. The house is designed with a spacious floor plan, a huge great room, a cozy Indian rosewood paneled den with a brick fireplace and built in library shelves. The whole house has new laminate/hardwood flooring, fresh paint, new lighting and plumbing fixtures and custom accents throughout. There is a very large attached two car garage where the laundry is located, including a large capacity washer and dryer. 

What I love about the home

The neighborhood is wonderful for families, close to John Baker Elementary and Hoover Middle School. This house is close to grocery and other shopping and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The street is quiet and the neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. The backyard is huge and peaceful, with large fruitless mulberry trees that provide shade on the tiered back porch, perfect for family gatherings, barbecues and general entertaining. The neighborhood is safe and the house has the added benefit of high windows in the bedrooms. The house get good light all year long. It is well insulated, cost effective for heating and cooling.
