What happens when a San Francisco architect and renown urban planner buy a historic home? They do an amazing and thoughtful remodel. This Spanish Colonial home is a wonderful blend of old and new. The entry/living room is special; friends say they feel so welcomed when they enter. Guests are surprised by the large dining/breakfast room overlooking the back yard and pool. The next treat is the custom kitchen with so many thoughtful details only a pro could have designed it. No wonder it was praised at the FQ Story Home tour. The yards are equally wonderful and the lap pool with electric cover is a rare find in a historic home. Please come visit this special home.
