This beautiful 3/2.5 home has a custom feel to it when you pull into the drive. Great open floor plan with tons of upgrades. Formal dining, and office off the entry. Enter the kitchen through the butler"s pantry or 2 other arched fur down entrances. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms down the hall as well as an oversized laundry. Living and kitchen nook all open to lots of windows and natural light. Large master bedroom with separate tub and shower, great master WIC. Regal Havana hand-scraped hardwoods throughout common areas, 18" x 18" diagonal tile laid in kitchen and nook. Knotty Alder mahogany cabinets, with a custom vent a hood built in. What I love about the home

I love the open concept, the house has a great flow to it. With oversized halways,10 ft. ceilings throughout, and extremely comfortable layout. With the kitchen open to the living and nook, it makes entertaining a delight. You will never feel crowded in this home.
