I am looking for a roommate. I have 1 MASTER BEDROOM available in my house in Capital Hill. -It is a 2bd, 2.5 ba place. The house has 2 full master bedrooms, so each master is the same size (plenty big) and has its own full bath! -The house also includes a 2 car garage, so it comes with 1 covered/secure parking spot for the roommate. -The house is 1500 sq ft finished and is fully remodeled. Updated full kitchen, nice dining area, big family room, and half bath on the first floor plus 2 full master bedrooms/bathrooms on the second-There is a nice backyard that has some grass, a patio, and a fire pit-There is also PLENTY of storage in the 800 sq ft (unfinished but nice) basement. The basement also has a washer/dryer-THE PICTURES YOU SEE INCLUDE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS' FURNITURE. I just bought this house, so much fo the furniture (beds, couch, tv, patio furniture, table, etc.) will changeLease will start October 1st! The rent will be $1200/month plus 1/2 utilities (estimated at $125). I will also require 1 month security deposit when you move in. I am a 26 year old guy. I work full time. I am from Colorado and then went to school at DU. I like to hike, ski, camp, party, host parties, listen to music, and have fun. I am looking for a like-minded roommate so if you are interested please keep that in mind. Roommate will need to supply their own bedroom furniture. Also, as I have just bought this house, I will be furnishing it. If roommate comes with certain furniture, we can discuss where it could go.
