Nice 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1708 sq ft home in the wonderful Chicod Elementary, Hope Middle and DH Conley High school district.
Built in 2003, this home is wonderful for a single family, ECU graduate students, medical students, MD residency, etc. The drive to both Vidant & ECU is 9 miles and 15 minutes.
Home office or sunroom with tiled floor as seen in pics.
2 bedrooms have walk-in closets; 2 bedrooms are able to fit King sized beds & 3rd bedroom fits Queen sized bed. All rooms, including closets, have been freshly painted.
Large family room and kitchen with laminate floors. New interior paint and clean carpet (carpet in 2 of the bedrooms - the Master has laminate wood).
Large attic with pull down steps. Double car garage (with TONS of storage cabinets) is attached to kitchen. Property also has a detached storage building in the backyard. Part of the backyard is fenced in; great for kids. *House-trained pets will be considered with a pet fee (partly refundable) with applicable breed restrictions *based on our homeowner insurance policy. Area for garden. Property is large and the backyard overlooks a small farm. No backdoor neighbors!
Our home is in a great location on a quiet cul-de-sac street in Crooked Creek...a "rural" subdivision with "city" convenience close to Portertown Rd in Southeast Greenville. Convenient to Harris Teeter on Charles Blvd, Lowes Home Improvement & Walmart on 10th St, and Vidant & ECU (both are 15 minutes away, 3 turns & ~8.7 miles).
