        Market guide

Zillow predicts Carnegie Hill home values will increase 2.8% next year, compared to a 2.3% rise for New York as a whole. Among New York homes, this home is valued 614.4% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 81.6% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Carnegie Hill, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 168% higher than in New York, and 34.9% lower than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Carnegie Hill home values from rising as quickly as other regions in New York.
