Open floor plan with living room with stacked stone fireplace. Kitchen has natural solid wood cabinetry and beautiful brand new granite countertops. Carpet in bedrooms and living room and solid wood flooring and tile in other rooms. All carpet is to be changed and house to be repainted inside at the sale of the house with full price offer. This home has a perfect location. It is located directly off of Hwy. 2, being the first house in the subdivision. It is in a super neighborhood and is only 5 minutes to interstate 24, shopping and dining. The home sits on .74 acres and is appraised at $ 219,500. This home was built very structurally sound with 16 inch centers. It has an architectural 30 year shingle roof, all brick and offers electric air conditioning and gas heat. Natural gas is also offered in the oversized cook top, water heater and fireplace logs. There is an oversized back patio and poured concrete area for grilling. Brand new granite in both bathrooms and utility room, as well as the kitchen. Just recently added was a 30' x 40' concrete slab with a basketball goal on each end. This slab can be used as a basketball court or as the foundation for a new garage. We love our home but with four children, we have outgrown it.  We have had it listed with an agent for a while and it has been under a contingent contract two times. Save the realtor fees!
