Rockport ocean and beachfront! This immaculate 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been completely remodeled in the highest standard but retains hints of the interesting historical importance of the home that was the original U.S. base established in 1884 for the first Trans-Atlantic Cable originating in Ireland via Nova Scotia to Cape Ann and back to France. Today it is a high end family home with glorious views and situated on Pebble Beach and a short walk from the sand and surf of Cape Hedge beach. The granite kitchen with commercial grade stainless appliances is open to the dining room and a sitting room overlooking a deck, yard and the ocean. In the den sit on the oversized comfy sectional to view the large, wall mounted flat screen TV. This level is completed by a half bath and full laundry room.
