Upstairs features master bedroom with 2 walk in closets and master bath with dual vanity sinks, roman style tub and separate stall shower adjacent to tub. 2 additional bedrooms upstairs which share a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual vanity sinks. Carpet throughout home with exception of kitchen, down stairs bath and Jack and Jill bath which features tile flooring. One bedroom upstairs has laminate flooring. Recessed lighting throughout with dual A/C and central heat. Home is also wired for security system. Attached garage has been converted from 3 car to 2 car. Area for 3rd car was converted to storage room which is not accessible to tenant. Rear landscaping maintenance included in rent. Fireplace in family room which also has direct access to rear yard.
