Cottage and Italian gardens with freshwater pond, enclosed spa and pool, life size statuary and exquisite flowering plants and trees and state of the art latest technology. This property is in a very unfriendly neighborhood though. Fact: this is a multi-racial neighborhood and most are of israeli, mexican, chinese, italian and african backgrounds. Neighbors are very envious. You have to have cold blood to live here to ignore them and keep calling the police. You'll find dog poop and toilet paper thrown at your door many times. I've been here for many years and always heard it from others who know the neighborhood well. We had to plant 45 huge pine trees all around the house and 20 security cameras to keep envious neighbors upfront, accross the street, from minding our business! People around here are the kind that eat meatloaf and burp foie gras! And I'm sure they don't know what that is! No matter if you keep to yourself and are never seen, unless leaving the house, they'll find something to try to annoy you. Believe me! I've been here for over 10 years.

Zestimate is too low: Zillow's prices don't reflect market reality. "Quality" properties r worth much more than most that jst received a coat of paint to mask problems owners will find once they move in. posted on 06/03/2011
