Location, location, location! Rare 2000 built 2 story home in sought after University Community. The open floor-plan, recessed lighting, sliding glass doors to deck and patio, bamboo and ceramic floors and finished basement are sure to impress. This home borders the Beltrami and SE Como neighborhoods and is steps from public transportation, shopping and entertainment. The large master bedroom has a 12x6 walk in closet and an attached full bathroom that also walks through to the rest of the upper level. This home is in impeccable condition and features quality custom finishes.
Neighborhood Description
The community has a surprising number of full time residents and we all seem to look out for each other. The neighborhood is very quiet in the evenings and weekends, it almost seems like we don?t live a large city. It also offers great access to both Minneapolis and St. Paul via East Hennepen, 35w and hwy 280. We bike to the fair every year, its only ten minutes! The thing I liked most about the location and house was its easy access to everything and it was built in 2000. Vancleeve park and the community outreach programs they have are incredible. The U of M also has a program to bring the students and full time residents together so they can work out any concerns or differences.
 

What I love about the home

I've enjoyed the morning sun streaming in my bedroom window and the sunsets on the back porch. I love the open layout of the floor plan, it makes the house feel larger than it is.  I can?t say enough about how nice it is to be on such a quiet street with no through traffic.
