Neighborhood Description
Mountainview Estates is very quiet, with wooded lots and only 5 homes. We are 1/2 mile from Lake Keowee (Gap Hill landing).

What I love about the home

We loved the big kitchen and all the space for our family to spread out. When we were raising our family, we used both levels and kept the interior access to the lower level open. Now that our children are grown, we rent the lower level for $600/mo. The area is beautiful! We are so close to the lake, with beautiful trees all around and a garden to grow our own veggies! Both levels have plenty of storage space. The basement has full windows in the kitchen and sitting room.
