My Notes

Edit
Hi all! I own a 3 bedroom 2 bath house just north of Patterson Park. It is fully furnished with a finished basement. The entire house has high ceilings with lots of space. I converted the smallest bedroom into a walk-in closet. Within a few miles of Johns Hopkins, Bayview, Canton, Fells Point, downtown, quick access to 83, 895 & 95.The house has a master bedroom and 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also one of the bathrooms upstairs. It has a stand up shower and a double vanity. The bathroom was just recently redone. I converted the smallest bedroom into a walk-in closet. It would be a shared closet space. There's a gorgeous kitchen with granite counter-tops and an extra mini fridge, a fully furnished living room, and dining room on the main floor. The basement is fully furnished and can be used as a 4th bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer and storage space in the back of the basement. In the basement is the 2nd bathroom, there is a tub/shower combo and a sink. The back patio is a huge space with a grill and chairs, a tale and an umbrella.A room (~10'x11') with a closet and 2 windows is available January 1st (possibly flexible) for $800. The house is furnished, including the bedroom for rent, but I can clear out the furniture (in the room) if you have your own. The rent includes all utilities and the alarm system.A basement room (~14'x25') with a closet and 2 windows is available January 1st (possibly flexible) for $800. The house is furnished and the basement has a few storage shelves, but I can clear out the furniture (in the room) if you have your own. The rent includes all utilities and the alarm system. The neighborhood is completely safe and I have amazing neighbors. There is a school one block north and another school one block south which helps to keep the neighborhood safe. The house is beautiful and it will be hard to find a place with this much space at the same price. Parking is on the street, and is free. It's easy to find a spot within a few blocks at most hours. Roommate:1 late 20s female professional. (Teacher) I am very clean and responsible. I have a professional day job and have mostly casual nights in with some fun nights out. If you're interested in meeting and setting up a tour, email me with some details about yourself and your interests. Market guide

Zillow predicts Patterson Park home values will rise 0.5% next year, compared to a 0.2% decrease for Baltimore as a whole. Among Patterson Park homes, this home is valued 15% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 15.7% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Patterson Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 16.7% lower than in Baltimore, and 133.3% greater than the national average. This lower local number could help Patterson Park home values rise more quickly than other regions in Baltimore.
