I was the executrix for the Leonard Bishop estate. Mrs Bishop died in March of 2008 and Mr Bishop died Easter Sunday April 12, 2009.
Anyone interested in purchasing in this property should contact Garie Don Bishop (grandson of Leonard and Nita Bishop, both deseased) residing at the property address listed. I have no legal interest in this property since the close of probate. In addition to the above named owner, are owners Gary Bishop, Garie Don's father in Florida, an aunt Gwen Wall in WA state, a cousin Shauna Morales in Humble Texas, a uncle, Richard Bishop, of Moreno Valley Californa, and a non related female who live several houses down, in Henderson.
Zillow has vastly overestimated the current value of this property.

Zillow is incorrect, the house was not sold in 2009, but only had the ownership changed to the heirs. Currently one of the heirs is living in the house with his family.
