Location, location, location. This home is value priced in the range of $499,000- $529,000. Sitting on the popular north side of Mira Mesa off Calle Christobal, this Fieldstone built home does not have HOA fees or Mello Roos fees. This floor plan features a bedroom and full bath downstairs and was a 4 bedroom home. The builder during construction removed the wall between the 3rd and 4th bedroom creating one large 3rd bedroom with 2 closets. Because of the location, driving any direction is easy as both Interstate 15 and Interstate 5 are accessable from this location with relative ease.
