What I love about the home

The house is currently has a renter whose lease is complete in April. The property has leased for the last three years for $1450. With the current mortgage rates this is a good investment and a great property. The location is within walking distance to 24 hour fitness and some fun restaurants in the neighborhood. Rueter-hess reservoir is a recently completed reservoir that will be 130% the size of Cherry Creek.
