Recessed lights throughout with an open floor plan. $950 spent on designer lighting upgrades, custom window treatments $2,000. Covered back patio with ceiling fan, front porch, many mature trees all around the property, close to many natural fed spring lakes. 2014 Amish custom built 12 x 24 foot storage building with a metal roof & front porch with 2 loft areas; totaling over 340 sq ft, also fenced in back yard. Amish storage building can be purchased separately paid over $8,000 in May 2014. Jetted spa tub in master suite bath with separate stand up shower boasting a new ss modern rain shower head & 2 separate custom cabinet/sinks, one on each side of the master bath.
