One of a kind unique historical property! Built in 1941 (when the lake was constructed) by one of Broadway lake's original developers as a summer home. Log Home with vertical logs and granite block ~ looks and feels like a home in the Catskills N.Y. Built on an incredible point. Enjoy panoramic 360 degree views of the main body of Broadway Lake. The workmanship is outstanding and it is very apparent that this home was built by an architect ~ there are many features that you won't find in other homes built in that era. This home has wonderful storage and many closets. The majority of the main level has hardwood flooring; there are beautiful built-ins in many of the rooms & a massive timber banister in the entry way.
