The Apartment:
This apartment is the rarely available and highly desirable B line at the Hampton Court. Its large rooms and open layout give a sense of spaciousness more like a house rather than an apartment. There?s a huge eat-in Kitchen with all original appliances. There are large closets throughout the apartment, one of which is a full walk-in, more of a storage room than a closet. The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate king sized arrangements with plenty of room to spare. Everything is in great shape but is ready for updating according to taste. Enjoy the bright and airy environment with large windows and multiple exposures.
The Neighborhood:
This part of Kew Gardens is just north of Metropolitan Avenue and runs adjacent to the north-east end of Forest Park. The park is a very important part of the neighborhood and gives a feeling of freedom and beauty during every season. It?s a pleasure to travel down Park Lane South during the changing seasons as the park puts on quite a show. There?s also a small village along Lefferts Boulevard where one can find small shops and plenty of unique place to eat. It?s a small town oasis in the middle of NYC. Transportation to Manhattan from here is very convenient. Walk to the Long Island Railroad and arrive to Midtown in less than 10 min. The E & F express Subway is also within walking distance.
