Traditional Detached 4 bedroom 2 bath home on a quiet street just 3 blocks from West Portal Village & Muni Metro. There is a breakfast room adjacent to the large kitchen/laundry. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one level. The upper level has a spacious master bedroom with walk in closet, a bathrooom and fourth bedroom which was converted to a dressing room/closet. There is a sheltered landscaped garden and garage. This home has been very well maintained.
Neighborhood Description
West Portal is an ideal neighborhood. There is a movie theater, a public library, wonderful restaurants and shops. The transportation is great because the West portal station is the location where the muni K, L & M lines go through the tunnel. You can be downtown in 15 minutes. There are other bus lines that go to the station. There is a playground and tennis court above the tunnel There are many Public as well as Private schools near by. kWest Portal has it all.
 
What I love about the home
This is really walking distance to West Portal so you can go to the movies, diner, shop or take the muni downtown and never take your car out of the garage. I love the light in all the rooms and the wonderful original detail.
